The Welcome Wagon

Did you hear the Monsonskows moved east for the summer? Well we did. We arrived on Friday, May 16 during a heavy down pour. We subletted our place in Orem to a nice couple, "My name is Jud(ge)", packed all our crap, said farewell to our friends, and began our new adventure. So far, it's been awesome. Our apartment is decent (minus the scary rat poison stash under the sink), our neighborhood seems safe (no gun shots, just f-bombs), and we are loving exploring our new town (only 45 minutes to Manhattan by train, woo hoo!) Aaron has a graphic design internship in SoHo and Carrie has a hotel sales manager internship in their apartment kitchen. I am really loving working from home. I have never felt so stress-free. Maybe because I don't have to wear a bra all day and can listen to loud music and go outside whenever I want without anyone asking "Where have you been?" Plus Sundance gave me a Treo so who needs to sit at a desk when you can get emails while standing in line at H&M? It's going to be a great summer.
